New Web Site Design

Welcome! As you can see our website has undergone a serious makeover. While it may look quite different not that much has changed. All of the functions and features from the old website remain but there are a number of improvements. Menus: The left side menu bar is the place to access most of the site content similar to how it was done before. There are also some quick links at the top of the page if you prefer to use those. The right side of the page is devoted to items of interest, namely announcements and events that are persistent and categorized. We can easily add new categories should that be desirable. One of the biggest changes is something I've done to make it easier to obtain your password should you forget it. As long as you can remember either your User Name or Email address you can easily obtain a forgotten password. I encourage everyone to (at a minimum) enter your email address. Check out the Change Login Info link in the Members area of the site. As with any large scale revamping there are bound to be a couple of problems. If you notice something wrong or something doesn't work right for you please email me at www.bethamisrael.org. If you have any further suggestions please let me know. You may notice that the Photo section is missing. I'm working on a better way to store and present photos and it will be back shortly. I have built in a number of administrative tools to make it easy to manage the site. if anyone would like to help in posting notices or participating in any other way please let me know. It is also my intent to have a number of rotating banners at the top of the page with photos from congregation life.
