Members of our community are invited to watch the ceremony together at Beth Am Israel, where we will broadcast the event from our Sanctuary.
“The Israeli-Palestinian Memorial Day reminds everyone that war is not a predetermined fate, but only a human choice.” Rabbi David, Hazzan Harold and Cantor Jenn are inviting all interested to attend the ceremony taking place in Tel Aviv and the West Bank. The joint ceremony seeks to sow the seeds of hope among the two sides, and to bring to an end wars that have taken the lives of our cherished loved ones. Learn more here.

An Evening with Esther Marcus: Stories of Resilience & Reflections on Yom Ha’Atzma’ut from the Gaza Envelope. Esther Marcus is the manager of the Sdot Negev Resilience Center clinic. A survivor of the October 7 massacre, Esther lives in Kibbutz Alumim – less than 2 miles from the Gaza border.
