Jews and Genes with Dr. Sarah Tishkoff
What does DNA tell us about Jews and their history?
On December 11th, at 7:30 pm, join us for a lecture on genetic studies of Jewish populations with Dr. Sarah Tishkoff, the David and Lyn Silfen University Professor in Genetics and Biology at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tishkoff, a member of the National Academy of Sciences, is known for research that combines fieldwork, laboratory research and computational methods to examine African population history. In this program she will be discussing the latest research on genomic diversity and inferences about genetic ancestry of Jewish populations from across the globe.
This event is free of charge.
